TomS - Head Tom Simper Feb 7, 2025, 10:30 AM

Bristol is the top place to experience rental growth, moving up 2 places from Q3 2024, according to the latest City Ranking Model from PriceHubble. This is followed by Manchester, dropping from top spot and London, moving up one place.

The ranking model draws on economic and housing market data to assess the outlook for rental growth in the UK’s largest 60 towns and cities.

Bristol’s move into top place was boosted by strong performance in the Jobs & Local Economy and Enterprise & Innovation categories which consider business growth, and tech investment, among other things.

There are 5 key components to the type of data assessed: Jobs and local economy, Demographic, Affordability, Enterprise and innovation, and Scale for investment. Source: Dataloft Rental Market Analytics by PriceHubble. February 2025
