Dataloft Homemover Survey gauged the initial views from potential buyers and seller following the re-opening of the housing market.

95% of vendors still intend to sell with a large proportion prepared to make the step as soon as possible or at least within a few months.

70% of vendors are hoping that the market has not dropped in price, but there is some realism that vendors may need to accept some discount.

Buyers are still motivated, with many hoping to make the move sooner rather than later. Some purchasers are looking with a lower budget than they were earlier in the year although, for most this has not changed.
