VAT Increase

David Boyd Dec 17, 2010, 11:09 AM

Just a reminder which I am sure every Landlord is prepared for is the VAT increase to 20% with effect from 4th Januray 2011.

All work carried out and completed *before* this date will be invoiced at the previous rate of 17.5%.

Our systems will be amended in the new year to accomodate this change, therefore please don't be surprised to see maintenance costs increase where VAT is applicable.

If you have any further questions or on-going work, please contact me.

Thanks Donna
