Very friendly and helpful set-up, Gill in particular has been excellent to deal with since I moved in to the premises, very efficient and always tries to help if there are any issues or concerns.

Dewi at Peter Anthony has been the kindest, most proactive and helpful estate agent I've every met. He has been incredibly reliable, and very good at communicating with us.The entire way through the purchasing process of our flat Dewi has been very supportive and responsive to any queries we've had.To give you an example, even after we had finished the purchasing process he still came over to try and help us to open a door that was jammed shut - unfortunately we need a locksmith - but Dewi has even been kind enough to find us someone he recommends.We really cannot speak highly enough of Dewi, so therefore if you are going to use Peter Anthony Estate Agents, I'd recommend a special request for him if possible ;)

They are polite, attentive and provide an excellent service. A small office in Salford they work from but they are a great team. You can speak to any one of them and they will give you help unlike some agencies who leave everything exclusively to one person and feign ignorance when they choose not to help even though they could if they wanted to. The information Peter Anthony provides concerning the tenants and their terms of business is thorough and clear. I was really impressed with the amount of detail they went into concerning the tenants they provided me. They only seek quality tenants and not just any tenant that passes by. They want to make sure their client's interests comes first the way it should be and not just ticking boxes and reaching targets. This shows how they go out of their way to provide a quality service.
