period of not less than 24 consecutive months prior to exchange of

b. who has a close family association with Salford by reason of a parent,
sibling or adult child who is ordinarily resident within Salford; and/or
c. has had a permanent contract of employment in the Administrative
Boundaries of Salford for 6 months or more.

II.
The purchaser is (or in the case of a joint purchase at least one of the
joint purchasers is) an Armed Services Member, and/or
III.
The purchaser is (or in the case of a joint purchase at least one of the
joint purchasers is) a Key Worker, defined as a person employed or with a confirmed
job offer in one of the following categories of employment: health; education;
emergency services and social workers.
