Renting with Peter Anthony
Whether you’re searching for your first rental, looking for more space for a growing family, or just ready for a fresh start, we’re here to make the journey stress-free. Tell us what you’re looking for, and we’ll help you find a home that’s just right for you! Let’s get started!
The Renting Process
Step 1 – Let’s Get You Signed Up!
First things first—let’s chat! One of our friendly negotiators will take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for in your dream home, from must-haves to nice-to-haves.
Then, we’ll set up special alerts just for you, so you’ll be the first to hear about great properties. On your Marks, Set, Go! Often properties are let with days/hours of coming to market!
Step 2 – Time to Go House Hunting!
Now for the fun part—viewings! But before you head out, why not do a little online research? We’ve got virtual tours for all our properties, so you can start your search from the comfort of your own home.
Check out the listings, make a shortlist of your favourites, and then book in-person viewings for the ones that really steal your heart. Let’s find your dream home together!
Step 3 – Ready to Make an Offer? Let’s Go!
Before we put you forward for a property, we’ll ask you to complete a quick application form. This helps us make sure you’ll pass referencing and puts you in prime position to snap up the perfect home as soon as it becomes available!
Honesty is key here! If you have any adverse credit, let us know upfront—it’s always best to be prepared. You might even want to do a quick credit check on yourself, just to be sure. The more we know, the smoother things will be!
Step 4 – You’re Almost There!
You’ve found the one—how exciting!! Now, our team will work closely with the landlord to get you accepted. We’ll handle the details, keep you updated every step of the way, and do everything we can to make sure you get the green light on your dream home!
Fingers crossed—it won’t be long now!
Step 5 – Move-In Day!
The wait is finally over—it’s time to move in! Once your referencing is all wrapped up, we’ll confirm your official move-in date.
On the big day, one of our friendly team members will meet you in our branch or at the property. Then, it’s all yours to unpack, settle in, and start making amazing memories!
Need a Repair? We’ve Got You Covered!
We know life gets busy, so we’ve made reporting repairs super easy! You can log maintenance issues 24/7 through our online property portal—no waiting around, just quick and hassle-free reporting!
Plus, you can upload pictures and videos to give our property managers a clear view of the issue, so we can get it sorted as quickly as possible.

Keeping a lid on inflation
When the Iran conflict erupted, rising inflation was the key headline economic risk, with global supply chains in the firing line.
