Local Property Management

From when you appoint Peter Anthony to let and manage your property you will be introduced to your Local Property Managers. You will be able to contact your local Property Manager directly to ensure a smooth service. They will know your property, your area and your tenant. We believe this is one of the true things that sets Peter Anthnoy apart from our competitors

Working alongside our property managers is the accounts team.  A team specifically dedicated to make sure our Landlords get their rents reliably and on time. They also can assist overseas landlords with their tax obligations (get in touch for help) and provide all landlord with Annual Statements and other reports to help lanlords get the best form their properties.

Peter Anthony puts compliance and transparency with our Clients at the forefront, we are members of ARLA Propertymark the Governing body for letting agents.  Our landlords benefit from knowing funds held by us are protected in accordance with Client money protection legislation at all times. Furthermore in the unfortunate event you do have a complaint regarding our services our membership with the Property Ombudsman gives our Clients the option to choose for the matter to be investigated independently.

Most letting agencies couldn’t change a lock, let only deal with the myriad of issues that arise with Property Management.  Peter Anthony has its own dedicated Maintenance Team headed by our veteran Master Craftsman Project Manager with decades of experience in all areas of building and maintenance.  We are qualified by TrustMark and the Federation of Master Builders (Masterbond Level), so you will always have someone knowledgeable to talk to on your side.  We backup this up with a team of Contractor relationships built over decades (often generational).  Only Peter Anthony has built a dedicated team over decades to ensure Landlords get the best deal.
