This Payment Form should only be used to pay your Rent if you have been directed to do so by a team member of Peter Anthony.  Do not use this form if you have not been directed to do so.  If you are unsure please contact us.

Please note this form is only to be used where there are bank difficulties with your Direct Debit.  Peter Anthony normally only accepts Rent Payments via Direct Debit.
