We are one of few agencies in the UK that are permitted to directly take rents from accounts via Direct Debits. Our financial security, technology and robust procedures have afforded us this facility. Our tenants can contact us via our website or UK based call centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. So, if there is an emergency, rest assured we're already dealing with it. Our online reporting system supports many different languages - so we always understand what is wrong.
Inspection Reports
We carry out very thorough photographic Inventory and Condition Reports (around 30 pages) and we also Regularly Inspect properties and provide a Photographic Report every time, so our overseas landlords can actually see the condition of their property.
