Direct Debits
We are one of few agencies in the UK that are permitted to directly take rents from accounts via Direct Debits. Our financial security, technology and robust procedures have afforded us this facility. By utilizing Direct Debits for rent payments we can better monitor and manage any potential arrears and also ensure that rents keep pace with the market and inflation.

Better Tenants
Our referencing of applicants is the most stringent in the industry. Whilst most letting agents rely on third party credit agencies entirely – this is where our referencing just begins. We carry out our own comprehensive in-house referencing, before a Negotiator and Lettings Manager must all agree to sign off a prospective applicant.
Virtual Tours
Our Virtual Tours allow buyers and tenants to walk around your property without leaving their homes! This results in far greater interest and also less time on wasted viewings. These tours are compatible with VR Headsets such as the Oculus Quest.

24 Hours/365 Days a Year
Our tenants can contact us via our website or UK based call centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. So, if there is an emergency, rest assured we’re already dealing with it. Our online reporting system supports many different languages – so we always understand what is wrong.
Inspection Reports
We carry out very thorough photographic Inventory and Condition Reports (around 30 pages) and we also Regularly Inspect properties and provide a Photographic Report every time, so our overseas landlords can actually see the condition of their property.
