Overseas Landlords
Online Access
Our Landlord’s Portal allows you to see all your statements online in PDF format. This is ideal for overseas landlords. In addition, you can see real-time maintenance history, recent rents received and current rent balances. We understand financial transparency is important to our customers.
Inspection Reports
We carry out very thorough photographic Inventory and Condition Reports (around 30 pages) and we also Regularly Inspect properties and provide a Photographic Report every time, so our overseas landlords can actually see the condition of their property.

We understand communications can be difficult for our overseas landlords whilst aboard. We can schedule telephone meetings with Property Managers outside of working hours. We will provide you with a mobile number for key personnel. We also have Skype facilities if preferable.
