Love at first address proved to be real in 2025, when 122 properties were sold on streets with romantic names, including Love, Valentine, Heart, and Romance. Properties sold on these love-themed streets achieved an average sale price of £398,183. That figure is 14% higher than the average property price, showing that a little romance in the address can come at a premium.
