Peter Anthony is one of few remaining truly Independent Agencies in the North West  We do not have corporate headquarters to please so we can concentrate on pleasing our customers.  Our Agency was built by Landlords for Landlords.  Our mission has always been focused on providing the best and most professional Lettings and Property Management service in the areas we serve.

We are one of few agencies in the UK that are permitted to directly take rents from accounts via Direct Debits.  Our financial security, technology and robust procedures have afforded us this facility.  By utilizing Direct Debits for rent payments we can better monitor and manage any potential arrears and also ensure that rents keep pace with the market and inflation.

We managed over £144 million in property assets in Greater Manchester, Salford and Liverpool for Landlords who live in the UK across the world. We are trusted to be transparent and act with integrity in everything we do.

Our referencing of applicants is the most stringent in the industry. Whilst most letting agents rely on third party credit agencies entirely – this is where our referencing just begins. We carry out our own comprehensive in-house referencing, before a Negotiator and Lettings Manager must all agree to sign off a prospective applicant.

Our Virtual Tours allow buyers and tenants to walk around your property without leaving their homes! This results in far greater interest and also less time on wasted viewings. These tours are compatible with VR Headsets such as the Oculus Quest.

Our tenants can contact us via our website or UK based call centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. So, if there is an emergency, rest assured we’re already dealing with it. Our online reporting system supports many different languages – so we always understand what is wrong.

We carry out very thorough photographic Inventory and Condition Reports (around 30 pages) and we also Regularly Inspect properties and provide a Photographic Report every time, so our overseas landlords can actually see the condition of their property.

We are active in all social media channels from Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.  We’ve built a solid base and reputation for our property letting service. By generating buzz, we’ve let properties before they’re even listed on Rightmove!
