We initially got 4 Estate Agents to Value our property. Working within small local independent businesses ourselves we felt it very important to work with a small independent rather than a larger corporation even if their resources would be more.Sitting down with all 4 agents after the valuation viewing I got the sense for minute 1 that Peter Anthony were the ones for us.Tom came to conduct the valuation and immediately felt at ease with him.
