Something special coming to Salford!

Children in Need and Comic Relief, the BBC's annual charity fundraising TV specials, will be broadcast from the corporation's Salford studios from 2021 onwards.

Recently announced, the move is part of the BBC’s aim to shift its creative and journalistic centre from London to across the UK over the next six years to better represent and serve the nations and regions.

In 2020, the charity appeal show raised a total of £57 Million for UK charities!
