Our Landlord's Portal allows you to see all your statements online in PDF format.  In addition, you can see real-time maintenance history, recent rents received and current rent balances.  We understand financial transparency is important to our customers.

Inspection Reports

We carry out very thorough photographic Inventory and Condition Reports (around 30 pages) and we also Regularly Inspect properties and provide a Photographic Report every time, so you can actually see the condition of your property.

 

Communication

We understand communications can be difficult whilst aboard.  We can schedule telephone meetings with Property Managers outside of working hours.   We will provide you with a mobile number for key personnel.  We also have Skype facilities if preferable.

Rent on Time, Every time

Our tenants can contact us via our website or UK based call centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  So if there is an emergency, rest assured we're already dealing with it.  Our online reporting system supports many different languages - so we always understand what is wrong.
