    A Landlord at the age of 18, David has many years of experience building a medium sized portfolio including refurbishment projects and new builds.  David's background was in Information Technology and finance, working for some of the leading finance companies (Eurobank, Societe Generale, Kensington Mortgages, etc.) before taking the reins of the family business Peter Anthony. Passions include: Gadgets, Tennis and Food (Cooking and Eating!).

    The Peter of Peter Anthony, started to build his portfolio from the age of 30 in partnership with Anthony Boyd. Peter has amassed a sizeable portfolio of properties over a relatively short period of time. Having seen and negotiated several property market cycles, Peter has a wealth of experience to offer landlords.  Peter somehow manages to squeeze in helping landlords to build their portfolios, block purchases and refurbishment projects, as well as spending plenty of time on the golf course!

    Simon has decades of experience in IT Consultancy helping big name firms such as Kelloggs manage their IT systems. A qualified engineer, Simon's passions including Cycling (from Mountain Biking to Racing) and anything to do with bikes! Simon ensures landlords statements are accurate, that our myriad of systems keep ticking and is on hand for finance and tax advice.

    Gill has been working in the property industry for almost 10 years after being brought up in a family of landlords.  Gill has worked in and managed branches for corporate agents including Bridgfords and worked in the social housing environment dealing with vulnerable tenants, arrears and anti-social behaviour problems. Passions and interests are her children and home life and of course property!

    Tom has run and set up various letting agencies within the Manchester Area over the years. With over 16 years’ experience in the lettings industry and being a member of the ARLA he has gained a wealth of knowledge in lettings, property management and buy to let.

    Passions including watching sports, swimming, traveling and spending time with his family.

    Karen has worked in Property Lettings for over 16 years so has dealt with all the industry changes and has built a large property portfolio at our recently acquired Salford office. She has the experience to understand that people appreciate a more personal approach so is committed to excellent customer service, honesty and reliability. 

    She spends her spare time with family & enjoys weekends away in the Campervan and long walks with the dogs.

    Having worked in the lettings / property management for 10 years, in corporate and independent companies within the South Manchester area.  Over this time Claire has gained wealth of knowledge within letting and property management and her ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently ensure that the property management department is professional but also very customer friendly.

    Claire enjoys spending her spare time with her family and friends.

    Cara has been with Peter Anthony for over 10 years, has completed her NAEA Technical Award, and still found time to build a medium sized property portfolio! Cara specialises in rent management and housing benefit processing. Like other members of the team, Cara’s experience as a landlord is key to our success in understanding our client’s needs. Passions include her beautiful children, eating out and skiing.

    Joe has decades of experience in joinery and structural works. A master joiner by trade and FENSA approved fitter, Joe oversees all sub-contractors, ensuring all work is professional, carried out in good time, and at fair price. Joe has worked hard to achieve our FMB MasterBond, Trustmark, FENSA qualifications. Joe assures me the pencil isn't a prop, he sleeps like that!

    Jamie is relatively new to the property industry, but has a passion to succeed. He’s always wanted to work with property as his dream is to become a property developer. Having worked within the retail sector or many years, this is a whole new challenge to him, but one he’s really looking forward to.

     

    Jamie enjoys socialising with friends, likes gardening and loves a game of bingo.

    Just coming out from her Masters in Real Estate Development, Emily is relatively new to the industry, but has a passion to succeed. Being a landlord herself with her mum, she understands the process from the landlord perspective so will be able to advise accordingly. She aims to broaden her real estate portfolio, and is looking forward in doing so.

    Emily spends her spare time with her family and friends and supporting the blue half of Manchester.

    Megan joined Peter Anthony in June 2018 but had been working in the property industry 4 years previously, so has a growing knowledge of Lettings and Property Management. Megan is a versatile and confident Property Manager who can bring a blend of people skills, motivation and hard work.
     
    Passions include spending time with family and friends. In November 2017 Megan’s Niece was born…safe to say she has her wrapped around her little finger ever since!

    Fiona has worked in property industry for just over 6 years so has wealth of knowledge, as well as completing a Residential Letting and Property Management qualification (NFOPP Level 3) in May 2015. She loves the fast pace of lettings & finding someone the right house. Being a Landlord herself she has an understanding of the process from the landlords perspective so would be able to advise accordingly.

    In her spare time Fiona enjoys time away in her caravan with family, going for walks with their Labrador puppy and socialising with friends.

    Having worked for years in education, Ben has finally seen the light and come to join the family business. His experience in property management, sales and lettings, as well as being a budding landlord, ensure he has empathy and can relate to everyone from tenants, landlords, vendors and purchasers.

    Ben is never happier than when playing or watching rugby. His dream is to play at least one game with his son (this may make him one of the oldest players on record).

    Vicky has worked within the property industry for almost 7 years. Having gained a wealth of knowledge within letting and property management, Vicky is an integral part of the Salford office by providing support to the team using her excellent administration skills in all areas. Vicky enjoys the fast pace of the lettings industry and with her very friendly approach has built up good working relationships with both landlords and tenants throughout the years. Her young family keep her on her toes, and she enjoys spending her free time with her children and socialising with friends.

    Denise has recently started working at our Davenport branch in Stockport, but started her career in Estate Agency in 1996 and therefore has vast knowledge and experience within the industry. Denise was born in Stockport and still lives local so is very familiar with the area & properties that we cover.

    Her spare time is mainly spent renovating her recently purchased family home and spending time with her family, friends, and neighbours.

    Manish has spent the last 5 years working as a letting negotiator and property manager around Manchester city centre and spent the last 2 years working in Cheadle areas. Prior to that Manish was running one of his family owned Spar convenience stores in the city centre but decided to change his career into residential property, where he has built a small portfolio of properties in Manchester and London.  Manish is an accredited Landlord and enjoys all aspects of dealing with people and property.

     

    Manish enjoys spending time with his family and in his spare time enjoys swimming, and playing Badminton and Golf.

    Chloe is relatively new to the property industry, her interest started when her father began building his buy-to-let portfolio. Chloe is planning to become a landlord herself and looks forward to learning more about the industry.  In her spare time Chloe is a 1st Lieutenant for the local Sea Cadet unit and studies interior design. Chloe enjoys holidaying in Wales with family.
