David Boyd

A Landlord at the age of 18, David has many years of experience building a medium sized portfolio including refurbishment projects and new builds.  David's background was in Information Technology and finance, working for some of the leading finance companies (Eurobank, Societe Generale, Kensington Mortgages, etc.) before taking the reins of the family business Peter Anthony. Passions include: Gadgets, Tennis and Food (Cooking and Eating!).

Peter Robertson
The Peter of Peter Anthony, started to build his portfolio from the age of 30 in partnership with Anthony Boyd.  Peter has amassed a sizeable portfolio of properties over a relatively short period of time.  Having seen and negotiated several property market cycles, Peter has a wealth of experience to offer landlords.  Peter somehow manages to squeeze in helping landlords to build their portfolios, block purchases and refurbishment projects, as well as spending plenty of time on the golf course!

Simon has decades of experience in IT Consultancy helping big name firms such as Kelloggs manage their IT systems. A qualified engineer, Simon's passions including Cycling (from Mountain Biking to Racing) and anything to do with bikes! Simon ensures landlords statements are accurate, that our myriad of systems keep ticking and is on hand for finance and tax advice.

Business Development
Gill has been working in the property industry for almost 10 years after being brought up in a family of landlords.  Gill has worked in and managed branches for corporate agents including Bridgfords and worked in the social housing environment dealing with vulnerable tenants, arrears and anti-social behaviour problems. Passions and interests are her children and home life and of course property!

Lettings Manager

Tom has run and set up various letting agencies with the Manchester Area over the years and with over 16 years’ experience in the lettings industry and a member of the ARLA he has gained a wealth of knowledge in lettings, property management and buy to let.

Passions including watching sports, swimming, traveling and spending time with his family.

Joe Sloyan
Projects Manager
Joe has decades of experience in joinery and structural works. A master joiner by trade and FENSA approved fitter, Joe oversees all sub-contractors, ensuring all work is professional, carried out in good time, and at fair price. Joe has worked hard to achieve our FMB MasterBond, Trustmark, FENSA qualifications. Joe assures me the pencil isn't a prop, he sleeps like that!

James started as a junior negotiator in 1982 so has over 30 years’ experience in sales and lettings and has gained a wealth of knowledge over that period.  James started his career in the north of in England  (Lincolnshire) and then moved on to the Middle East selling investment property in Dubai and Abu Dhabi then moved back from there to work in the capital to gain experience in the London (Hackney) market.  Passions include running and football.

Having worked in the lettings / property management for 10 years, in corporate and independent companies within the South Manchester area.  Over this time Claire has gained wealth of knowledge within letting and property management and her ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently ensure that the property management department is professional but also very customer friendly.

Cara has been with Peter Anthony for over 10 years, has completed her NAEA Technical Award, and still found time to build a medium sized property portfolio! Cara specialises in rent management and housing benefit processing. Like other members of the team, Cara’s experience as a landlord is key to our success in understanding our client’s needs. Passions include her beautiful children, eating out and skiing.

Laura Turnbull
Laura started her career in property as an Sales and Lettings Negotiator with Bridgfords before being employed by Peter Anthony in November 2014.  "This was an opportunity for me to grow and expand my knowledge in Sales and Lettings". Laura enjoys all aspects of the position, from meeting new people to building new relationships. Laura spends her spare time with family and socialising with friends and also enjoys shopping and long walks with her dog.
Rachel Allman

Rachel is new to the property industry but with the ambition to succeed. Rachel was employed by Peter Anthony in October 2016 and is enjoying her journey in selling/letting property. She has been learning new skills and expanding her knowledge each day.

Rachel likes to spend her free time with her family and child as well as socializing with friends.

Relatively new to the industry but with the ambition to succeed. Previously worked in other sales roles before moving to Peter Anthony. Experienced in property renovation with his father and aims to grow a portfolio of his own. Passions – watching and playing various sports
