David Boyd

A Landlord at the age of 18, David has many years of experience building a medium sized portfolio including refurbishment projects and new builds.  David's background was in Information Technology and finance, working for some of the leading finance companies (Eurobank, Societe Generale, Kensington Mortgages, etc.) before taking the reins of the family business Peter Anthony. Passions include: Gadgets, Tennis and Food (Cooking and Eating!).

Peter Robertson

The Peter of Peter Anthony, started to build his portfolio from the age of 30 in partnership with Anthony Boyd. Peter has amassed a sizeable portfolio of properties over a relatively short period of time. Having seen and negotiated several property market cycles, Peter has a wealth of experience to offer landlords.  Peter somehow manages to squeeze in helping landlords to build their portfolios, block purchases and refurbishment projects, as well as spending plenty of time on the golf course!

Simon Galgut

Simon has decades of experience in IT Consultancy helping big name firms such as Kelloggs manage their IT systems. A qualified engineer, Simon's passions including Cycling (from Mountain Biking to Racing) and anything to do with bikes! Simon ensures landlords statements are accurate, that our myriad of systems keep ticking and is on hand for finance and tax advice.

Tom Simper

Ifrah Khan

Ifrah has worked for both independent and corporate agencies and has acquired a wealth of property experience since first joining the industry in 2001. Having moved over to client accounting aspect of the property industry in 2014, she has found her footing and enjoys all aspects of accounting. She is currently studying towards completing her AAT Accounting Accreditation.

When Ifrah isn't dealing with daily figures Ifrah enjoys socialising and her never ending manic home life .

Gillian Bell

Gill has been working in the property industry for almost 10 years after being brought up in a family of landlords.  Gill has worked in and managed branches for corporate agents including Bridgfords and worked in the social housing environment dealing with vulnerable tenants, arrears and anti-social behaviour problems. Passions and interests are her children and home life and of course property!

Dewi Jones

Dewi has worked in the property industry for over 5 years. Firstly with an online agency then a local independent agent before beginning his career with Peter Anthony. Dewi has great experience with the sales process including arranging valuations and winning instructions and will be assisting Peter Anthony with negotiation and progression of sales in our Salford Branch. Dewi is a sports enthusiast, an Everton fan(unfortunately). Dewi is originally from North Wales, and is a fluent Welsh speaker (yes, he can actually say Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch - why not ask him)!

Joe Sloyan

Joe has decades of experience in joinery and structural works. A master joiner by trade and FENSA approved fitter, Joe oversees all sub-contractors, ensuring all work is professional, carried out in good time, and at fair price. Joe has worked hard to achieve our FMB MasterBond, Trustmark, FENSA qualifications. Joe assures me the pencil isn't a prop, he sleeps like that!

Zahid Badul

Cara Heaney

Cara has been with Peter Anthony for over 10 years, has completed her NAEA Technical Award, and still found time to build a medium sized property portfolio! Cara specialises in rent management and housing benefit processing. Like other members of the team, Cara’s experience as a landlord is key to our success in understanding our client’s needs. Passions include her beautiful children, eating out and skiing.
 

Lewis Nesbitt

Born and bred in Manchester, Lewis has been working as an experienced and successful Property Manager for over 9 years and has recently joined Peter Anthony's Salford Branch. His experience will help shape and grow the branch to continue its success and provide excellent service to tenants and landlords alike.

In his spare time, his second job is to dedicate most of his time to his two young children. Lewis enjoys socialising, photography, finding new music and on occasion seeing his favourite DJs.

Yaseen

Yaseen enjoys meeting new people at viewings and matching the right property to the perfect tenants. Now with Peter Anthony in Salford as the newest addition to the team, Yaseen is looking forward to a satisfying career with the agency. In his spare time, he spends most of his time with his wife and son and you’ll find him at his allotment on most weekends!

Ofelia Tabot

Ofelia was born and raised in the Philippines. She has two decades real estate experience having worked in Marbella, London and Manchester.

Ofelia has accumulated knowledge in sales, lettings, property management, completed courses in Management/CEMAP and entrepreneurship. She also is known to be polite, empathetic, always greet people with a smile and conscientious by giving superior service to satisfy the needs of her clients beyond their expectations.

When Ofelia is out of work, she loves spending quality time with her family through cooking, playing sports, singing karaoke/dancing, and most especially travelling and exploring different places.

Rhiannon-Leigh

Rhiannon is a friendly and helpful individual who has been in the property industry for over 2 years.  She has great experience with negotiating offers and sales progression to follow and will make sure selling or buying your home will be an enjoyable experience. In her free time, she likes to visit and catch up with family and friends. 

Hannah Robson

Hannah has worked in the property industry for over 3 years. Firstly, with a local independent agent before beginning her career with Peter Anthony. Hannah has great experience within property management and so can provide exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to both our tenants and landlords.

 

In her spare time Hannah enjoys, looking after her horses, riding, playing football, travelling, and catching up with her friends and family.

Aleaya Afzaal

Aleaya has over 6 years experience in the property industry.

Aleaya takes pride in her compliance with all clients, whether landlord or tenant. She has managed over 400 properties across the UK and maintained great relationships in different areas of the business.  Aleaya is excited to excel in her career within Peter Anthony and continue her professional development.

Aleaya in her spare time, like to go to the gym, read books and do kick boxing!

Abbey Bird

Abbey is a friendly and helpful individual who has been in the property industry for Just under a year.  She has great experience with negotiating offers and sales progression to follow and will make sure selling or buying your home will be a great experience. In her free time, she likes to go out with family and friends.

Matthew Massey

I have over seven years’ experience in the property industry across the northwest in both sales and letting. I have the ambitious to hopefully grow my own property portfolio over the coming years. Outside of work I am a big fan a season ticket holder at Manchester United and attend games whenever I can. I have also recently taken up paramotoring on the recommendation of my friend even though I’m scared of hights! 

Sean Campbell

Sean has worked for peter Anthony for over a year and enjoys meeting new people at viewings and matching the right property to the perfect tenants. Sean is looking forward to the rest of his journey with the agency. In his spare time Sean likes to play and watch a lot of rugby.

Gabriel Muscatelli

Gabriel began his professional career within the property industry, and since joining the team at Peter Anthony recently, his commitment to excellence and building strong relationships with his clients has earned him a fast promotion to Sales and Lettings negotiator in our Liverpool Branch.
