You batter be ready as Pancake Day takes place 47 days before Easter Sunday, 15 days under the average 62 days Rightmove report it takes to secure a buyer.

A flipping 117 million pancakes will be eaten on Shrove Tuesday alone, 92 times the number of sales that were estimated to take place in 2022.

The largest pancake ever made was in Rochdale in 1994, and had an almighty surface area of 1,905 sq ft, 68% bigger than the average UK flat.
