In a recent article, The Sunday Times has tipped Levenshulme as one of the the top ten “hip areas” in the UK. The paper argues with the success of Manchester City Centre and in particular the Northern Quarter the focus now moves to Levenshulme.

The article boasts about the culture and uniqueness of the area which houses the Levenshulme Festival, Bankley Art Studios, and a vibrant and fiercely independent cafe culture with Trove and POD Deli leading this new wave.

Levenshulme which is situated only 3 miles from the City Centre has excellent transport links and is well place to benefit from the growth of the City in our opinion and has character that attracts creative types who are shaping Levenshulme’s future.

Levenshulme also has some fantastic properties, take this superbly presented 3 Bedroom Semi Detached Property in Levenshulme on Eastholme Drive at £134,950 - click here

If the Sunday Times, a national newspaper is tipping Levenshulme as one of UK property hot spots, it may not be that long before we see prices respond!
