Harvest time is upon us and of all the seasons it appears ‘autumn’ is the most lucrative when it comes to property names.

Homes bought since the start of 2020 which have included 'autumn' in their name or street address, have sold for an average of £322,467.

This compares to a price tag of just £236,731 for those including 'spring'. However, with over 1,600 sales since the start of 2020, house names including ‘spring’ are the most popular.
