Seasonally adjusted street names

TomS - Head Tom Simper Oct 14, 2021, 14:00 PM

Harvest time is upon us and of all the seasons it appears ‘autumn’ is the most lucrative when it comes to property names.

Homes bought since the start of 2020 which have included 'autumn' in their name or street address, have sold for an average of £322,467.

"I'll particularly mention Yaseen (who arranged the viewing of the place, let me know about the availability of the place I was looking at, along with humouring many of my questions and doing a lot of the process paperwork for the tenancy)"
