Days of Christmas | New year, brand new home

Spending time at home over Christmas often prompts thoughts about redecorating, renovating or even moving altogether.

Perhaps it’s the chaos of homes packed with guests or the challenges of running older properties during the winter, but when it comes to moving, the benefits of brand new homes are clear at this time of year.

Research shows that there is a rapid and significant increase in searches for ‘New Build’ immediately after Christmas Day. The Google search interest index bounces from a yearly low of 49 in mid-December to a high at the start of the year of 80. Source: #Dataloft, Google
