Immaculate Property, Realistic Price, Open Day Dilemma!
We recently brought to the market a superb three bedroom bay front and bay rear semi detached home in Offerton. The property is presented immaculately and to a high standard throughout, there is off road parking for 6-8 vehicles and a lovely enclosed rear garden with detached garage and further detached out building with lighting and power both of which make for fantastic additional spaces for home office or home gymnasium!
Surprisingly in the first couple of weeks there was little interest in the property, however we put this down to it being the summer holidays when many buyer place on hold plans to move home. However there was an influx of interest in the property and an open day was announced, two weeks before the open day many people expressed a desire to viewing the property privately prior to the open house which begged the question do open houses actually work?
I personally am not an advocate as I feel buyers are not given the opportunity to fully view the house and the estate agency staff certainly are unable to give full undivided attention to potential buyers, something I feel is essential.
However the open house is going ahead as planned given the level of interest and you can register your interest or book a place for the day by calling the office on 0161 480 1400
We do however feel there is a possibility the property will sell prior tot he open day or indeed on the day itself so would advise calling to view now!
