We initially got 4 Estate Agents to Value our property. Working within small local independent businesses ourselves we felt it very important to work with a small independent rather than a larger corporation even if their resources would be more.Sitting down with all 4 agents after the valuation viewing I got the sense for minute 1 that Peter Anthony were the ones for us.Tom came to conduct the valuation and immediately felt at ease with him. No sales jargon no pushy "we'll do this we'll do that"Our house was visible on their app within hours of instruction and on right move a couple days later.We knew immediately via the app when and how many viewers were coming.Jamie conducted the viewings and walked round with the prospective buyers answering with clear knowledge any questions that were asked.It was a protracted sale due to either end of our chain but none of this was to do with Peter Anthony and I could tell towards the end that Jamie was getting as frustrated as we were but all we could do was remain calm with a bit of humour thrown in (mostly from me) to see it over the line.Peter Anthony were involved in both sides as the were representing our vendors too.Communication was always quick and to the point.We would thoroughly recommend using these in the future.Thank youJamie, Tom and all those involved we now live in a work site but will be a dream home shortly.

As an older couple living outside of England and not too familiar with modern technology ; we found that dealing with Peter Anthony was a good experience.When we sold a property a while ago there were difficulties all over the place but Jamie was courteous, civil and patient and got the sale over the line.

I chose Peter Anthony as my estate agent, as I liked the idea of an independent estate agent and after meeting Tom, I felt I could trust this company with the sale of two houses. It was a bit complicated with selling 2 houses to be able to buy a bigger one to live in. The sale of one house went very smoothly, there was no chain involved, the other one was in a chain and things got a bit complicated with a long wait of many months to get to the completion stage and move house. I wanted to thank Tom and Jamie for their support during the queries involved, their patience and their replies to my weekly questions. I got the reassurance I needed during the wait until completion. Jamie worked very hard to keep things going forward at the crucial time of the few weeks before the move. I am happy I could move in the house which is perfect for us.

I recently sold (another) property with Peter Anthony. The pictures for the property were very very good and certainly promoted viewings. The whole process ran smoothly and Jamie communicated well with me. This is the second time of using Peter Anthony and I would use again.
