I had a great experience from start to finish. From a very professional and informative valuation, the information pack was great. To Jamie handling a very long and drawn out sale process with professionalism and humour (which is what is needed in these situations!) He was a delight to deal with and went out of his way to get the sale completed. One tiny negative was a mishap with communication about a visit from the buyer, but I won’t hold that against him or his score. These things happen. Thank you so much Jamie, wish you all the best

We were very happy with the service we received from Peter Anthony from start to finish. After contacting them about valuing our property, we booked in our valuation quickly. Tom was really helpful and clear on what we could expect and we felt so comfortable to sell with Peter Anthony that our photos were done by the end of the same week. The listing was live within a few days and by the end of that day we had multiple viewings booked. These were booked at times that suited us and in a way that suited us (we wanted to be present). Jamie did almost all of the viewings on our house and he made us and the potential buyers feel comfortable. He was able to provide great advice and suggestions on the offers we received. Once we had secured a buyer, Jamie was proactive in liaising with us, the buyers and solicitors. We had regular updates from him and he was always easy to contact via phone or email if we had questions - he was always friendly, polite and professional. Even on completion day when things got a bit messy with solicitors, Jamie was responsive and helpful and helped us to get over the line before the stamp duty deadline. We would wholeheartedly recommend Peter Anthony, Tom and Jamie for selling your home.
