Dewi, our Estate Agent, has gone above and beyond to get us to the completion of selling our house. If I could give him another 5 stars I 100% would. This has been an incredibly drawn out procedure due to the incompetence of the buyers' solicitors, but Dewi has done everything in his power to get this done in time for our completion date.He has always made himself available, provided us with regular updates, challenged the buyers' solicitors when they went radio silence on us, and chased the buyers to put pressure on the solicitors to get this done.My wife and I cannot thank Dewi enough for his professionalism, dedication, collaboration and patience. He is an absolute expert and I would recommend him to absolutely everyone.If you need an Estate Agent who is going to really go the extra mile, Dewi is THAT person.Dewi, you're an absolute legend and we're indebted to your support. Thank you so much for everything, you really are a star.

Would highly recommend Peter Anthony when selling your property. Throughout the process I was kept informed of status at all times and they followed up with the buyer in a timely manner when necessary. Dewi (who handled my sale) was always polite, respectful and accommodating.

I would like to thank Dewi for all his time, efforts and patience with my Mum when she decided to put her house up for sale to move near us, her family in a little bungalow. Unfortunately she had to pull out due to personal reasons & I never got chance to speak to Dewi again personally to thank him & tell him we appreciated everything he did & how quickly he managed to get a buyer for my mum. With my mum being elderly I was the one inbetween dealing with transactions things like that. Dewi kept us up to date & was very understanding of my Mum's situation. I would highly recommend selling with this company.

The staff at Peter Anthony could not have been more helpful. The team are well led by Gill. They were supportive throughout the whole process given the sensitive nature of the sale. Gabriel and Abbey were both informative with their suggestions to improve the sale potential. This culminated in numerous offers that surpassed our expectations given we had one sale fall through. Yaseen was a truly amazing agent. From finding the property to handling the contract, he took care of everything with great care. I want to note here that if I were to rent a property again, I would definitely want to rely on him again, as he was truly a wonderful real estate agent.
