I had been having difficulties with my property management company, including non payment of rental income and Gill was recommended to me by a fellow owner. She has gone far beyond what I have experienced with other letting agents to address the problems I was faced with and I couldn’t recommend her more. She was quick to tackle the problems head on and no challenge was too difficult.

The property has had more problems than I thought possible for a new build. Gill has been indefatigable in dealing professionally with the block management and the future looks much brighter.

We are first time buyers and bought our first property with Peter Anthony who were an absolute dream to work with. There were some unexpected bumps in the road, the first being the global pandemic and secondly having a few issues getting responses from the sellers solicitor but Jenna and Cara went above and beyond time and time again for us. Going through the house buying process is a stressful time and both Jenna and Cara consistently put us at ease, answering all our questions (and there were many of them), updating us as soon as they received new information and consistently chasing, chasing and chasing for us. We were mainly looked after by Jenna who was absolutely amazing. It was also always appreciated that should Jenna be unavailable, Cara would answer our calls and knew exactly who we were and where the process was up to in order to best offer the next solution. I would highly recommend Peter Anthony and can't thank both Jenna and Cara for all their help and efforts and for going above and beyond all throughout the process.
