As a first time renter, I didn't know what to expect or what happens. I didn't need to worry though as right from the off Jenna was friendly and understanding. She explained the different stages and answered any questions I had. Communication was fantastic and I was kept up to date at every stage along the way, as well as Jenna answering the many further questions from a noob.5 star is a no brainer and I would highly recommend.
