moving in to my new property what was supposed to be smooth transition unfortunately was not due to the previous tenants not looking after the property and under circumstances due to covid work on the property hadn't been done, the two previous workers i had dealt with before lockdown were not available and a lovely lady called Vicky was understanding and empathetic towards my situation and even took time out of her day to come and view the flat herself which had many problems thankfully she was the solution. within days of me saying something she has solved everything, apologized on behalf of the problems and gave me reassurance making me a happy tenant. I would highly recommend Peter Anthony and would highly recommend Vicky, thank you:)
