Could not thank Ben enough for the help through the original application and holding deposit, however due to the property being unsuitable for mine and my partners needs, we needed cancel as we couldn’t view the property due to coronavirus etc. So ben was good enough to sort a full refund of a holding deposit for us! I will recommend Peter Anthony to any of my friends as the agency is quite honest and work with good pace. I took up a property as quickly as possible and all was just fast and in place though there was some extra cleaning in the property but I think to be fair that's just normal.
