I contacted Peter Anthony because I am looking for a property, the lady I spoke to was called Vicky was very helpful but at this time they did not have anything in the area I am looking for. Vicky did contact me to let me know a propery had become available but I had already found another property, I would just like to say thank you for getting back in touch you are the only agent that has!

I am thrilled to pieces with the experience so far- Vicky has been so helpful from my first call in to enquire about the property! I haven’t rented in over 15 years, a lot has changed in that time regarding processes but nothing has been too much trouble for Vicky! All of my emails have been responded to promptly and Vicky has been so helpful!

Ben was particularly helpful in the moving in process and gave timely responses.

Moving in to my new property what was supposed to be smooth transition unfortunately was not due to the previous tenants not looking after the property and under circumstances due to covid 19, work on the property hadn't been done, the two previous workers I had dealt with before lockdown were not available and a lovely lady called Vicky was understanding and empathetic towards my situation and even took time out of her day to come and view the flat herself which had many problems thankfully she was the solution. within days of me saying something she has solved everything, apologized on behalf of the problems and gave me reassurance making me a happy tenant. I would highly recommend Peter Anthony and would highly recommend Vicky, thank you:)

I'm a portfolio landlord with properties in Mcr and Liverpool. Due to Covid-19 I've recently experienced a multitude of problems all at once over several of my Liverpool properties. Laura Briggs has been absolutely outstanding to say the least. Without her, I wouldn't even know which direction to look but she has sorted absolutely everything for me from large scale repairs, non rent payments, abandonments and more. I really can't thank her enough! Incredible!!
