I was really impressed by the persistence and commitment of Peter Anthony and Emily in particular. Rather than giving up on a difficult let, she persevered and found the right tenant for the house by using social media and other non-conventional platforms that most other agents haven't considered in my experience, like my spare room. And they're moving in before Christmas too!

Possibly the best property photograph ever done by an Estate Agent..Day one I called them, day two they came, day three it went on the market and day four my flat was sold for the asking price !
