Possibly the best property photograph ever done by an Estate Agent..Day one I called them, day two they came, day three it went on the market and day four my flat was sold for the asking price ! In July, I had the task of selling my mother's home to fund her social care and did some research before I chose an estate agent. There were two which stood out but I am very glad I chose Peter Anthony, mainly because of Denise at the Davenport branch. As I live 25m away from my mum's home, I found Denise to be invaluable, and she went above and beyond in her role as an estate agent, and kept me fully informed by email/phone/text on the sales process. I was given good advice on preparing the house for sale and the listing appeared on Rightmove and Zoopla. The house sold within 6 weeks and completed after 10 so I was very happy with the outcome.
