I transferred my first property to them after some really bad experiences with another company. The whole team, but particularly Gill, have been attentive. I put my second property with them and its had 100% occupancy and no issues. Based solely on the quality of the service I purchased a couple more places and we are in the business of getting them into a good state - and again Gill is on the ball and fixing issues.
