I've dealt with both Martin and Linda for a few months now across two rentals. Sadly the landlord sold up, so we had to move. Linda and Martin are fantastic and are always on hand to help. Both really easy to deal with, and are responsive which is rare now a days. Always happy with them

Excellent, friendly service. They were always available to resolve issues and we were confident in their ability to get the best price for our house. The agents fees were excellent compared to most others in the area.

I can't express how good Peter Anthony have been. Took on a property in September and had fantastic back up throughout the process both Caroline and Megan have been brilliant and prompt in sorting out trades etc.Will definitely be using their services again in the near future. Alan

Gillian was really helpful with setting up my flat. She found suitable tenants quickly. She also kept me informed at all times and replied to my queries swiftly. This is the kind of service I require as I don't live in Liverpool. I would definately recommend her and her team.

Gill was incredible helpful and quickly sorted collecting keys from a previous agent and getting the property on the market. Contact is quick and they always keep me up to date with viewings and progress on my property. I met Megan in the office when I went in recently. She was welcoming and very helpful. Gave me realistic timelines and organised getting quotes for work to be done.

My main contact was Rachel Allman from the Levenshulme branch and she was fantastic. She answered all of my questions, explained every step of the purchase to me and was always on hand if there was anything I needed. Rachel dealt with all aspects of my house sale from initial contact to completion, and had already lined up multiple viewings for the first day it was on the market. Fab service , thanks Rachel and Jamie. Peter Anthony handled our purchase brilliantly . Rachel was our main contact and she helped keep my sanity throughout a very stressful process as our solicitor was useless. Rachel chased the solicitors regularly between parties and kept me updated most days. She even didn't mind me bothering her over text!
