Quick and easy with great customer serviceThe process of seeing the flat on Rightmove to getting the keys was quick and hassle-free. They need several documents proving you're earning but the staff are very much on hand to help and reassure as you go. Looking forward to the future with Peter Anthony!

I wouldn’t go to any one else. I have found this company (especially Gill) to be an essential part of my property successes. She goes that extra mile and beyond and sees you through from start to end of purchases and sales. The letting team are certainly the best I have come across and they seem to have it sussed. I am. Looking to move my portfolio to Manchester and Liverpool as I’ve found this company knock spots off any other I have used. I can’t recommend them enough and am probably shooting myself in the foot by encouraging people to use them but credit where credit’s due. I wish I’d found them sooner

Initial offer fell through on account of events out of our control, but was delighted when Peter Anthony then went out and cam back with offers from five different parties. Ending up getting £10k more than original offer. Very happy Comment on agent fees: Market average. Fine.

They always kept me informed of when viewings were taking place and the the details of prospective tenants. They respect the type of tenant you require and do not just try to anyone in to make the sale. The fees are reasonable. They point extra services but they do not pester you
