The move into a rental was smooth and without problems. Linda kept me in the loop and on point so that everything went through as well as can be. Comment on agent fees: A little pricey for the work involved however there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes so I was happy to pay the rate.

I dealt with Vicky mostly at Peter Anthony and I've not a bad word to say; she's been very helpful with my house share and has guided my housemates and I through the technicalities with ease.
