Very helpful with the whole process, every person i have spoke to has been polite and friendly. I have had fast responses to any queries either before or after the move!

I am a landlord who has a single property let out through this branch. When I started letting I was very green and had little knowledge of the processes that needed to be undertaken. They were very helpful in advising me on rental values and what I needed in terms of insurance. They were thorough and fair in terms of vetting potential tenants and getting the property let quickly. Where they have truly come into their own was when a tenant was starting to be a problem in terms of property upkeep. They both communicated well with me and were very clear about the action the tenant needed to take if they wished to remain. As a result things seem to have settled down. Finally they have managed on a number of occasions to source tradesmen for minor repairs and electrical work at very competitive rates and the work completed has stood the test of time (so far, fingers crossed). I cannot understand (having looked at and dealt with other agents in the area) why anyone with a property to let would go anywhere else

ALL STAFF at the office are helpful, patient and knowledgeable, i would have picked Vicky as well, but there isn't an option to pick 3 staff Their understanding of property management is re assuring and i always ask for their valued opinion, before i make a decision about the properties they manage for us.

Helpful polite. Helped me greatly at a difficult time. No job too small. Kept me informed during the whole process. Guided and advised me when I needed help.

As a relatively new landlord Denise & Rachel have both been great! They’ve gone above & beyond to help with the set up of the property & settling in the new tenants. I was incredibly impressed by Ben in particular at Peter Anthony. From the moment he came to conduct the valuation he was very easy to get on with and demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism. His valuation was thoroughly researched and he provided me with evidence to support his conclusions. He already come up with a marketing strategy and explained how Peter Anthony would help with the entire process.

I have dealt with many letting agents in the past and it’s always been pretty hard work due to lack of communication and poor customer service skills. How ever peter Anthony ( Bramhall Lane ) have been an absolute dream to work with and this is mainly down to Denise. Denise took it upon her self to contact me and introduce her self and even arranged to come to my rented home and meet me . This is customer service I have never received before. Any problems are dealt with efficiently and she has managed to put my mind at ease with a few issues I have had to deal with . She really is a credit to the company and clearly takes pride in her job! I’m not one for writing reviews but really felt the need to simply because she is just fab! Thanks Denise
