After an awfully upsetting experience in the past with a big chain meeting Rachel the manager was a breath of fresh air. Honest and upfront about fee’s, absolutely no pressure and everything explained about what is a daunting experience. Kept in regular contact with me during every stage even out of office hours. Always helpful answering my questions and reassuring with my worries. Denise was brilliant showing buyers round and my house sold to the 1st viewer.  Lovely people giving a good honest service which some bigger companies could learn a lot from.
