I have dealt with many letting agents in the past and it’s always been pretty hard work due to lack of communication and poor customer service skills. How ever peter Anthony ( Bramhall Lane ) have been an absolute dream to work with and this is mainly down to Denise. Denise took it upon her self to contact me and introduce her self and even arranged to come to my rented home and meet me . This is customer service I have never received before. Any problems are dealt with efficiently and she has managed to put my mind at ease with a few issues I have had to deal with . She really is a credit to the company and clearly takes pride in her job! I’m not one for writing reviews but really felt the need to simply because she is just fab! Thanks Denise 

Thanks to Denise for her help with our application to rent. We couldn't have asked for better service and as it is our first time renting both Denise and Rachel at the Stockport branch really helped to make the experience enjoyable. Helpful, friendly, honest and informative - would recommend to anyone - thank you! 

Since the apparent changes in structure at the Stockport branch, both Rachel & Denise massively improved our experience with Peter Anthony. Giving us great advise and looking after any issues with a friendly and positive attitude. We recently moved out of a property and the aforementioned made this transition very easy keeping us well informed along the way.

I would recommend Peter Anthony highly. They were efficient and helpful when I had to deal with my late cousin's estate both as the letting agents for his house and in facilitating the eventual sale.This was not a simple or straightforward situation and they went out of their way to be helpful.

Delighted with the help and support provided by Peter Anthony. In particular Rachel and Denise working in their Davenport office in Stockport. Both are friendly and easy to get on with. They've been very professional in the day to day management of our property and have proved themselves excellent in finding good tenants whenever vacancies have arisen.

Ben at Peter Anthony was excellent! We decided to appoint Peter Anthony estate agents due to their professionalism and reasonable fees . They understood that keeping us informed was important, especially as the buyers had delayed the sale process due to their funds being withheld by the bank. Ben is dedicated and used his initiative to communicate with the parties regularly  and  we are so happy that we decided to trust Ben and the team with our sale. Once a sale was agreed Jamie and Ben worked closely with ourselves and the buyers to progress and agree any further negotiations helping it run smoothly. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly, we would highly recommend their services. Rachel, who carried out sales appraisal is a very professional and proactive person who provided good advise. From the start the staff at Peter Anthony estate agents  were in touch with us, updating with the progress of the sale and also giving us good advice about things I needed to know, in order to manage the sale efficiently. Ben used his skills and expertise and made this seem like a smooth transition until the contract were exchange and negotiated with the other party for completion asap.
