Since we have been involved with this office we have nothing but praise for the way we have been treated. Karen is always there for us and is both knowledgeable and helpful. She is excellent at helping us to understand what is going on with our property. She and her colleagues are always helpful. Almost everything I have written for Karen Corps applies to Fiona as well. We always find her helpful and friendly when we speak, and she is also excellent helping us in dealing with our tenants.

Great Service from the staff at Peter Anthony (Salford Branch). Always helpful, polite and great communication. The Service they provide is 5 Star. Any issues we've had with the property have been sorted pretty much immediately, only delays really are with 3rd parties which is out of their control. Keep up the good work guys :-)

Been a tenant for almost 2 years and any help you need, they are quick to help , theres no waiting weeks for them to get back to you, they keep you updated and solve the issue very quickly.

I have dealt with the team over the last six years and have never had a bad experience. Communication is fast and any dealings needed with the landlord have been done in a timely and thorough fashion.

Would highly recommend. I have used them for the past four years for my rental properties. Rachel valued and assessed my property for the rental market. On her visit she was very professional and thorough with the information regarding the rental of the property. She covered all aspects of the rental process and answered my questions relaying a positive knowledge of the industry. I have since let and managed my property through Peter Anthony. I let out two properties via the Salford Office taking the full management option, and have been with them for 9 years. They have sourced good reliable tenants - no problems whatsoever (so far touch wood!), and manage everything efficiently whilst keeping me informed. All staff are great really (Karen, Fiona and Vicky). Fees are reasonable and importantly for me, transparent with no sneaky hidden charges.

Fantastic service have managed my affairs with the utmost professionalism always available to resolve any issues that have required attention. Coupled with their friendly approach good to know we are in safe hands. Great agents!
