The agent (Chloe) and her colleagues, handling my application for letting process were very helpful and professional. They provided me with new mattress toppers I had requested for and dealing with my application in a speedy manner, allowing me to move in within just over a week of viewing the property, which was very important to me.As well as this Chloe has been in touch with me following my move in date, to check that everything was fine, and has made it clear that there will be support with any issues of maintenance etc throughout my tenancy.

Chloe was so helpful throughout the whole process- from booking a viewing until we collected the keys- and after!! She was constantly available through both phone and email to answer any queries and got back to me ASAP keeping me informed of where we were at with the process. All communication was friendly, but still professional, which made everything so much easier as she didn't make me feel like an inconvenience when I was checking up on referencing etc! We're so happy with the flat we're renting and the whole process was made so much smoother with Chloe's help- thank you

Excellent property management. Denise from sales & lettings has been fantastic and has gone above and beyond in providing a 1st class service. I would recommend Peter Anthony if you are a landlord. Unfortunately i used a different agent initially who were dreadful and resulted in a poorly managed property . Having changed to Peter Anthony whilst fees not the cheapest the quality of service is well worth the money and for peace of mind but all credit goes to Denise from sales & lettings who knows the letting business inside and out .she is an absolute 🌟 star
