I can’t thank her enough for all her patience with my endless questions having never done this before. I’ve dealt with Peter Anthony for over 10 years in Manchester and when I heard they had opened an office in Liverpool I had no hesitation in transferring my Liverpool property over to them. I’ve always found the staff to be fair with both tenants and landlords, professional as well as realistic and practical in their advice and willing to help where possible. I’ve also sold two properties through them making a reasonable return.

Megan Caldwell at Peter Anthony was lovely from the very beginning: from the viewing right the way through to the post key collecting questions that follow moving in. The company were easy to use, prompt when answering telephone or email enquiries and always kept me up to date with any developments in the application process. I cannot recommend the company enough. And Megan was such a credit to them.
