I've had several reasons to deal directly with Denise lately and I have found her to be very friendly and efficient. She is quick to respond to emails and always keeps me updated when there are ongoing issues to be dealt with.

Having 3 properties in Liverpool and 3 in Manchester we wanted an agent that was present in both locations. Gill, Megan and the team at Peter Anthony have done a fantastic job of finding tenants for all 3 properties in Liverpool and have been very communicative during the process providing updates every step of the way. When we did have an issue with one of our properties Gill devoted a lot of effort to ensure a suitable resolution was found.
